Healing Hands - Holistic Animal Care
So what is this about you ask, well it's about things I find important in life. Basically, animals. Not just my brood mind you, but all animals, wherever they are deserve a voice.

I have heard people quote the bible Then God said, "Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground."

So, what exactly does that mean? Seems many have a different interpretation of this. There are those who believes this means we are superior to all and in accordance with that can do as we please to those in our care without regard for their emotions, their feelings, or their life in general.

Personally, I believe that is untrue. It is my interpretation that if we are to reign over all this, it is a huge responsibility to do this with the utmost care and concern for those we are supposedly "in charge of".

Now with this in mind, I have my own personal plan. I know we sometimes get overwhelmed at the enormity of wanting to change things, but I believe if we take small steps and change one thing at a time, we can make great change.

So my goal is to set up a sanctuary. To take in all kinds of animals in need. To feed, house nurture and love them and either place them with loving caring families or let them live their lives out in peace with us. In the end, what will determine this is not what is best for us, but what is best for them.We are currently looking for properties and also trying to set up a 501 3 (c) non profit corporation.

In the meantime, I am planning on using the money I make from my animal shampoos, sprays, flower essences, angel card readings and distance healing to help fund this project, along with asking for donations. So please, check out my website and browse around. We have great products and services. And if you feel it in your heart and would like to help, any donation would be greatly appreciated.

Not only do I thank you for your donation, but every animal that will cross our path that I will be able to help thanks you.

I will be posting updates and also musings on animal care, animal rights and how to shop kindly and gently.

Many Blesings,
Carolyn
